ข้าวเม่า นายอ… ข้าวเม่า…ภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่นจากรุ่นสู่รุ่น เป็นวิถีชุมชนวัฒนธรรม การกินอยู่ที่เป็นสุข บนพื้นฐานของความหลากหลายทางชีวภาพของ สายพันธุ์ข้าวเหนียว สู่การสร้างงาน สร้างอาชีพ สร้างรายได้ แก่ชุมชน มายาวนาน บ้านนายอ อำเภออากาศอำนวย แหล่งผลิตข้าวเม่าที่ใหญ่ที่สุด ของจังหวัดสกลนคร ที่ผลิตข้าวเม่ามากว่า 40 ปี เป็นแหล่งเรียนรู้ ภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่น และวัฒนธรรมข้าวเหนียว ในการทำข้าวเม่าที่ สามารถยกระดับการผลิตสู่มาตรฐาน บนฐานภูมิปัญญาเดิม

Khao Mao … Na Yor The cultivation of pounded unripe rice (Khao Mao) represents local wisdom passed from generation to generation. To produce Khao Mao, the community carefully leverages the biodiversity of glutinous rice varieties through sustainable methods. This creates jobs and fuels the local economy, which in turn maintains the overall well-being of the community. It also preserves the very biodiversity the community depends on for generations to come. Ban Na Yor, Akat Amnuai District is the largest producer of Khao Mao in Sakon Nakhon Province, and it has been producing this variety for more than 40 years. It is both origin and keeper of the tradition of sustainably elevating Khao Mao production to human consumption standards.
